1

Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tewatch collects, uses, stores, shares, transfers, and protects personal information when you use our website, platform, APIs, SDKs, dashboards, support channels, and communications services.

For customer communications sent through the platform, our customers usually decide the purpose and content of processing. In those cases, we process communications data on behalf of the customer, subject to applicable agreements and law.

2

Information We Collect

Account and business information may include name, company, role, email address, phone number, billing details, sender-registration information, compliance documents, and login credentials.

Service usage information may include API requests, IP addresses, device and browser details, authentication logs, message IDs, delivery reports, call detail records, routing information, error logs, timestamps, and dashboard activity.

Communications data may include sender and recipient identifiers, message content, templates, voice-call metadata, verification status, webhook payloads, campaign settings, and other data needed to provide communications services.

Support information may include messages you send to us, attachments, troubleshooting details, and records of our responses.

3

How We Use Information

We use personal information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, provide APIs and dashboards, route messages and calls, process OTP requests, deliver reports, troubleshoot issues, bill customers, and provide support.

We also use information to monitor platform health, prevent abuse or fraud, enforce acceptable-use requirements, meet legal and carrier obligations, improve services, and communicate operational or commercial updates.

4

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and dashboard may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep sessions active, remember preferences, protect accounts, measure usage, improve performance, and support marketing or analytics where permitted.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some account, security, or dashboard features may not work correctly if essential cookies are disabled.

5

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with carriers, aggregators, cloud providers, payment processors, identity-verification vendors, analytics providers, security vendors, support systems, and other service providers when needed to operate the services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, government request, carrier or platform rules, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or business transfer.

6

International Transfers

Because communications services are global, personal information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you or recipients are located. We use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to support lawful transfers.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform, recipient notices, consents, and data-transfer arrangements satisfy the rules that apply to their campaigns and end users.

7

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, secure the platform, and support customer instructions.

Retention periods vary by data type, account status, channel, destination, carrier requirements, fraud-prevention needs, and legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or isolate it according to our retention processes.

8

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, encryption, monitoring, logging, segmentation, and employee security training.

No internet or telecommunications system is completely secure. Customers should also protect API keys, credentials, endpoints, recipient lists, webhook secrets, and account users.

9

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and relationship with us, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, export, or withdraw consent for personal information.

To exercise privacy rights related to a Tewatch account, contact support@tewatch.hk. If your information was processed by one of our customers through the platform, we may direct your request to that customer because they control the campaign or recipient relationship.

10

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

11

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, laws, partners, security practices, or data-processing activities. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice through the website, dashboard, email, or another reasonable channel.
